I started Urban Body because I have personally experienced how a physiotherapist can change people’s lives, and I was inspired to do the same for others.

Urban Body’s story started with humble beginnings from the front room of my parents home, treating friends and family.

With the knowledge gained through my degree, and experience I gained working at Loughborough University treating elite athletes, coupled with my passion to help others – my vision for the business was simple;

To bring my knowledge and experience of treating elite athletes into a private practice, and to allow others the opportunity to receive the same standard of care. The aim is to provide a world class service and experience specialising in keeping people in their 50s and beyond stay healthy, mobile, active and living FREE from painkillers.

Over the last 5 years, I have great pride in saying, Urban Body has grown to include an exceptional group of therapists along with a wonderful administrative team, who share my passion, within an outstanding clinic environment.

I pick my team very carefully, not only do they have to be the best at what they do, but also share the same ethos of wanting to go the extra mile for our patients, being warm and friendly and taking great pride in helping patients get back to living a pain free, fulfilling life and returning to the things they love.
